Graduate Valuer role at Land Services SA, supporting statutory property valuations, market analysis, and reporting in a collaborative team.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Learning and applying principles and practices of Statutory Valuation.
- Undertaking a range of property valuations, market analysis, and reporting functions.
- Supporting Land Services SA in delivering state-wide services to the Valuer-General.
- Collaborating with a high-performing team of property experts.
- Working on high-value projects to build industry presence.
- Utilizing modern tools and IT equipment to perform at your best.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Valuation or a related field.
- A passion for the property industry and a desire to develop valuation skills.
- Willingness to pursue membership with the Australian Property Institute and work towards Residential Property Valuer (RPV) or Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) accreditations.
- Commitment to working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to undertake a National Crime History check prior to commencement.
