Graduate Valuer role at Land Services SA, supporting statutory property valuations, market analysis, and reporting in a collaborative team.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Learning and applying principles and practices of Statutory Valuation.
  • Undertaking a range of property valuations, market analysis, and reporting functions.
  • Supporting Land Services SA in delivering state-wide services to the Valuer-General.
  • Collaborating with a high-performing team of property experts.
  • Working on high-value projects to build industry presence.
  • Utilizing modern tools and IT equipment to perform at your best.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Valuation or a related field.
  • A passion for the property industry and a desire to develop valuation skills.
  • Willingness to pursue membership with the Australian Property Institute and work towards Residential Property Valuer (RPV) or Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) accreditations.
  • Commitment to working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to undertake a National Crime History check prior to commencement.
