About the Role:

Tabcorp is seeking a strategic and commercially astute Enterprise Architect for a 3-month interim contract to lead key digital transformation and security initiatives. This role is ideal for a big-picture thinker and problem solver with a strong background in enterprise and solution architecture, IT strategy, and PCI compliance. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving execution excellence, and enabling business-led technology decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and drive IT strategy that aligns with business goals and long-term success.
  • Develop enterprise and solution architectures, creating key artifacts to support digital and infrastructure transformation.
  • Lead security, risk, and PCI compliance initiatives, ensuring regulatory alignment.
  • Enable execution excellence by fostering collaboration across business and technology teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders, executives, and vendors to drive impactful change.
  • Support innovation and future-ready technology adoption, including AI, IoT, cloud, and quantum computing.
  • Work with agile, lean, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and customer-centric solutions.
  • Manage supplier relationships across various engagement models, including managed services and multi-vendor environments.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Enterprise and solution architecture expertise (TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Strategic planning and IT governance
  • Security, PCI compliance, and risk management
  • Cloud, AI, IoT, and emerging technologies
  • Agile, lean, and DevOps expertise
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management
  • Proven leadership in driving change and innovation
  • Experience developing and communicating IT roadmaps and frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or Gartner)
  • Experience with design thinking and product development from ideation to commercialization
  • Hands-on experience across application, infrastructure, digital, and security domains
