This role is pivotal in championing enterprise-wide architectural decisions that are scalable, secure, and future-ready, supporting business growth through new channels and brands.

Main Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction for architecture across customer, digital, and store ecosystems
  • Champion enterprise-wide architectural decisions that are scalable, secure, and future-ready and supporting business growth (new channels, new brands etc.)
  • Architect and design the transformation of legacy systems into modular, API-first, cloud-native platforms
  • Elevate customer engagement, personalization, and operational intelligence through an AI-first approach
  • Collaborate with business and technology leaders to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with long-term business capabilities and objectives

Key Capabilities

  • Proven experience in Solution / Enterprise Architecture, with a strong background in delivering technology solutions for customer, retail, or digital platforms within a large-scale retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, Information Technology or a related field, advanced certifications (e.g., TOGAF) and knowledge of MACH principles desired
  • Strong background in cloud platforms (preferably AWS), APIs, microservices, and event-driven integration
  • Experience working with third-party vendors, delivery partners, and platform technologies
