About The Role

Lendlease is searching for a Team Assistant to join our South Australian Team and support our Head Office and Senior Leadership team at our Adelaide regional office.

As the Team Assistant you will be managing reception duties, greeting and directing visitors, managing mail, couriers, and deliveries, as well as supporting the project leadership team and providing general administrative support.

To Be Successful You Will Need
  • Experience as Team Assistant, Receptionist or in a general Administration role with a good attention to detail.
  • To be able to work comfortably both independently and within a team environment.
  • To be autonomous, and organised, with the ability to take initiative, and able to build relationships across a range of stakeholders.
  • High discretion and confidentiality and be able to provide guidance to other support resources within the business.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Flexible approach and ability to prioritise work accordingly.
