Overview

We're looking for a Baseline Security Cleared Senior Data Analyst to support a major digital transformation program. This is a high-impact role where you'll uplift testing maturity, ensure data integrity, and work across multiple business-critical projects.

Responsibilities
  • Capturing and refining data requirements from business teams
  • Identification and management of data stakeholders
  • Analysis and profiling of data sources
  • Generating masked, obfuscated or sample datasets
  • Assessing readiness of existing data sources to support new solutions
  • Providing clear, practical and actionable steps to improve readiness and managing these through to completion
  • Close communication and liaison with project managers and other project team members
  • Coordinating data cleansing and preparation activities with business teams
  • Field level mapping of existing data sources to new digital solutions
  • Identification and management of data risks throughout project lifecycles
  • Managing unit testing of any new data integrations or migrations, ensuring data integrity is maintained against source systems
  • Consulting with stakeholders to classify data sources and address relevant compliance requirements for data integrations/migrations
Qualifications
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering experience
  • Strong skills in SQL, R and Python
  • Must hold a Baseline clearance to be considered
Employment Details
  • Flexible location — Fully remote or Hybrid for the right candidate
  • Long-term daily rate contract role until June 2026
