Salary & Benefits

You'll receive an attractive salary and benefits in line with Novita's enterprise agreement. Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 per year for living expenses, with additional salary-packaging options including meal and entertainment expenses, novated vehicle leasing and additional superannuation contributions.

About You / Desired Skills and Experience

As well as being aligned with Novita's ICARE values, you will bring:

• Registration (or impending registration) with the professional body relevant to your discipline
• An innovative, resourceful and creative therapy approach that reflects a competent level of professional knowledge and skill
• Ability to work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team, seeking guidance from senior clinicians or management as appropriate
• Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, family members, colleagues and leaders

We're serious about safeguarding our clients. If you don't have a current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check, we'll provide guidance on obtaining these prior to starting work with us. A valid driver's licence and willingness to use your own vehicle for work-related travel is desirable.
