Role

Gymnastic Coach: you will develop programs and instruct a variety of levels in gymnastic classes in a safe, positive and fun environment for participants. You will encourage children to engage in a positive, fun environment that promotes inclusion while maintaining a duty of care for the children participating in the classes. You will provide parents/guardians with positive and practical feedback.

We are looking for coaches for our Little Stars 1-5 year old programs. These run during the day Monday to Saturday and would suit candidates looking for work during school hours. No experience is necessary, just a love for working with children. All training is provided. Experience is a bonus, but all training is provided. Must be reliable to work weekends.

All candidates should be reliable and committed to delivering safe, high-quality gymnastics coaching that supports children's development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver gymnastics programs across multiple levels in a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
  • Encourage children to participate in a fun, inclusive program while ensuring duty of care.
  • Provide parents/guardians with positive, practical feedback.

Qualifications
  • Coach Accreditation
  • Annually updating Gymnastics accreditation
  • Current First Aid
  • Current CPR
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Gymnastics Accreditation is preferred but not essential. Experience and/or qualifications in Personal Training or other sports coaching is also suitable for the position.
