What You'll Do

You'll deliver clinical pharmacy services, support patient care, and collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team. This environment will help you sharpen your clinical skills and grow in confidence as a healthcare professional.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide efficient clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and/or outpatients.
  2. Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitor medication outcomes such as therapeutic drug monitoring, to ensure quality use of medicines.
  3. Work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team and advise on patient care.

What You'll Bring

You are an experienced Pharmacist with a solid foundation in pharmacy practice, seeking to grow your clinical expertise in a hospital setting.

Essential Requirements

  1. General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in community pharmacy OR 1 year in hospital pharmacy.
  3. Permanent Australian working rights.
  4. Personal Indemnity insurance.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy setting.
