About our Graduate Program

Our Graduate Program provides hands-on experience through rotations across our core business functions. You'll start in our Finance team, then rotate through key functions (Standards Development, the Project Management Office, and Growth & Development), before returning with fresh perspectives to the Finance team and launching your career. Along the way, you'll discover your strengths, broaden your skill set, and gain valuable insight into how standards contribute to keeping every Australian safe.

What you'll do

  • Work with data, systems, and strategy in a dynamic environment
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports that inform key business decisions
  • Support day-to-day financial operations while contributing to process improvements and automation
  • Gain hands-on experience that builds a strong foundation for your finance career
  • Contribute to initiatives that have real impact on the organisation's growth and success

We are seeking individuals who

Are in their final year of study or have completed a degree within the past three years : in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldDemonstrate strong communication skills and thrive in team environmentsAre passionate about innovation and collaborationExhibit curiosity, adaptability, and initiative, with a positive, collaborative mindset
