About the Role

Our client, a well-established new car dealership part of a larger group, is seeking a New Car Sales Manager to oversee this vital area of their business. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth within a vibrant and progressive organization.

Work Schedule

The dealership operates Monday to Saturday with a 5-day workweek, including one RDO and Sunday shifts.

Candidate Requirements
  • Current or recent experience as a New Car Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in a dealership environment
  • Strong sales, closing, financial, and people management skills
  • Hands-on approach and motivational leadership
Compensation

Salary includes a retainer of approximately $70k to $80k, super, a company car, and commission, with total earnings around $150k.
