With the opening of our Haymarket Sydney store, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to lead the team and drive the store's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and develop a team of part-time and casual employees, fostering a culture of accountability, performance and customer focus.
  • Inspire and coach the team to consistently deliver exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring operational excellence in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including rostering, stock control, cash handling, compliance and store presentation.
  • Maintain strong visual merchandising standards to showcase products in line with brand guidelines.
  • Recruit, train, and support staff in partnership with senior managers.
  • Enforce company policies, the Employee Handbook and Retail SOPs to ensure consistent operational standards.
  • Provide accurate reporting on sales, performance and store operations.
  • Support marketing execution through in-store activations and campaign photography.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and loss prevention policies.
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, or proven success as an Assistant Manager in a high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train and motivate large teams to achieve results.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, reporting, recruitment and performance management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly adaptable, solutions-focused and able to remain composed under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for pop culture, collectibles and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Mandarin language skills highly regarded to engage with a diverse customer base.
