Responsibilities
  • Lead the store as if it were your own business, translating national strategies into local actions.
  • Uncover new sales opportunities and drive growth within the community.
  • Build and coach a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Monitor performance and use data to hit targets and optimize performance.
  • Ensure safety and wellbeing of the team while managing operations and cost controls.
About You

You're a confident, can-do leader who thrives in retail. You know how to coach and inspire a team to deliver great results. You're driven by data, using financial insights to hit targets and unlock growth. You're comfortable giving feedback, navigating tough situations, and ensuring everyone's safety is top of mind. Most importantly, you care deeply about the wellbeing of your team and the quality of their work experience. Ideally you have experience in both sales/showroom and warehouse/stockroom.
