We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, based out of Rockhampton. Your responsibilities will include using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients within your sales territory. You will manage an assigned territory covering Pest Control and Hygiene from Mackay down to Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders in the business services industry.

You will be welcomed into a friendly and competitive team focused on achieving goals and results. Full product training and ongoing support from the Sales Manager and team will be provided.

We offer a competitive base salary, an uncapped commission structure with an OTE of $140k+, a company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, and ongoing coaching and development. The role has the potential to earn an OTE of $180k with a strong sales start.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
  • Driving sales revenue by hunting new business opportunities via cold calling
  • Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve targets
  • Building strong customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline
  • Identifying customer needs and delivering successful sales solutions
