We're looking for remarkable individuals who can deliver our unique and innovative simulation-based training at various client sites throughout Australia and potentially abroad. Join our team and be part of transforming how first aid and compliance courses are taught, understood, and applied in Australia and globally.

About you

  • You are an excellent communicator, well presented, passionate, creative, and innovative.
  • You have a proven track record in heavy industry, with direct experience in emergency management within mining, the electricity industry, or safety and rescue.
  • Current police check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Current working with children's check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 / TAE40122 (or willingness to undertake this prior to employment).

About the role

  • Deliver simulation-based emergency response training courses for various organizations.
  • Opportunity to deliver specialist electrical and rescue training courses if you have relevant industry experience.
  • Opportunity to deliver Mental Health courses if you have relevant industry or life experience.
