Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of older Australians? At Mareeba Gardens Settlement, we are looking for caring and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team on a casual basis and support our residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.

About the Role
As a PCA at Mareeba Gardens Settlement, you will provide day-to-day personal care and assistance that allows residents to maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work closely with our experienced care team, contributing to a supportive, respectful, and positive environment.

What You Will Do

Deliver compassionate personal care and daily living support

Assist with meals, hydration, and general care routines

Accurately record observations and share updates with the nursing team

Contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment

Build meaningful connections with residents and their families

What You Will Bring

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent

Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Excellent communication skills and a caring nature

Previous aged care experience is highly regarded
