We are currently seeking a Full Time Shop Assistant to join our team at Brisbane's Rocklea Markets.

About The Role

We have both Full Time and Casual positions available at our Brisbane location. The role is multi-faceted, involving Customer Service, Logistics, and Warehouse Assistance.

  • Must have weekend availability
  • Shifts start at 3am; own transport is preferred

This essential role supports the team in ensuring smooth operations. A high level of pride in your work is essential.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar warehouse environment, thrive in fast-paced settings, and be eager to contribute their skills to our company.

The role includes training and responsibilities within our Warehouse team, such as logistics booking, truck loading/unloading, stock control, stock takes, and general warehouse duties.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Customer Service via email and phone (no face-to-face service)
  • Unpacking trucks
  • Managing workspace efficiently
  • Logistics and courier communication
  • Preparing, packaging, and dispatching to QLD stores
  • System and procedure improvements
  • Rotating stock to reduce waste
  • Maintaining a clean, safe warehouse
  • General housekeeping
  • Stocktaking
Experience and Skills Required
  • Ability to follow and improve systems
  • Well-organized with attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Forklift license is a plus but not essential
