We are looking for experienced Diesel Mechanics to join the Qube team, based in our Fassifern Depot. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this role will perform fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.

Role and responsibilities

  • Perform fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic faults where required.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed.

Essential qualifications and attributes

  • A diesel mechanic qualification with previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience working with Kenworth, Cummins and CAT vehicles
  • Experience with fault diagnosis, both electrical & hydraulic
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
  • Current driver's license
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Ability to pass an ASIO/Police clearance
  • Positive attitude
