Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.

- Manage and motivate a team of up to 12 staff members, fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment.

- Ensure the delivery of great customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the preparation of amazing food that meets our quality standards.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

- Provide training and support to staff members, promoting professional development and teamwork.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a management role within the food service industry.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
