About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Fleet Administration Officer to work within ourProperty Team.

Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will support the delivery of Scope Fleet Services.

Your Key Focus

  • Accurate documentation of Fleet data to assist in maintaining compliance and service records
  • Ensure the maintenance of the appropriate records and documentation of vehicles
  • Prepare and monitor vehicle maintenance budgets for client-carrying vehicles
  • Ensure high quality approach to servicing and maintenance of client-carrying vehicles
  • Provide accurate and timely reports

What We Look For

  • Demonstrated understanding of vehicle maintenance
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment
  • Proven experience in management of complex transport experience
  • Demonstrated administration skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with variety of internal and external stakeholders
