As a Direct Support Worker, You'll Be the Heartbeat of Our Community
You will play a vital role in the lives of individuals of all ages and backgrounds, providing essential support that empowers them to live their best lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Personal Care Superhero: Assist with personal care tasks like showering, toileting, and dressing with dignity and respect.
• Medication Maestro: Administer medications and ensure clients stay on track with their health.
• Mobility Wizard: Help transfer individuals using hoists and slide sheets, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Domestic Dynamo: Take charge of domestic duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Community Connector: Engage clients in their communities by attending doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, and participating in social or recreational activities they love.

Before You Jump In, You'll Need:

• A valid Driver's License and access to your own vehicle.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• A Blue Card (Working with Children Card).
• An NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities).
• A commitment to infection prevention and control measures, including PPE use as directed.
• A smartphone with iOS 13.0 and up or Android 6.0 and up.
