Rowing Australiais seeking a creative, drivenDigital Content Leadto capture and share the stories of our athletes, events, partners and community.

From behind-the-scenes features of the Australian Rowing Team (Rowsellas) to live event coverage and short-form social content, you'll be at the forefront of growing the sport's digital presence and delivering value to our partners.

You'll work across major national events and high-performance programs, collaborating with athletes, coaches, and media teams to create content that inspires, engages, and connects. International travel opportunities may also be made available to the right candidate.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and deliver compelling digital content.
  • Capture and edit high-quality video and photography.
  • Lead short-form and social-first content creation.
  • Cover national championships, team announcements, and behind-the-scenes stories.
  • Support commercial partnerships through digital activations.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated skills in video and photography content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or high quality editing software).
  • Passion for sport and a knack for storytelling.
  • Willingness to travel and work event hours (TOIL applies).
