Overview

Studiosity is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead the technical implementation and ongoing support of our study support services with our university and education partners globally.

Responsibilities
  • Client consulting and support: Advising clients on the technical implementation of Studiosity's services within their Learning Management Systems (LMS), acting as an escalation point for technical queries, and meeting with IT staff to scope and optimise implementations.
  • Project Delivery and maintenance: Reporting on project progress and managing to agreed timeframes, and conducting regular audits of partner integrations.
  • Internal relationships: Informing internal stakeholders about platform developments and changes, educating the Partnership Services team on product updates, and assisting with Salesforce and other SaaS platforms.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A degree in IT, project management or related field (preferred), experience in an Implementation Specialist/BA capacity, experience with SaaS platforms (Salesforce, JIRA), knowledge of Agile processes (a plus), and an understanding of LMS platforms (Blackboard, Moodle, CANVAS) and SSO environments. This role would suit a motivated recent graduate or IT professional with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Skills: Highly developed communication skills (able to translate technical terminology for non-technical contacts), a quick learner, business acumen, and comfort with large datasets (SQL, Excel).
