Overview

Equipment & Services Installation Technician – Moorabbin VIC at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP).

The role focuses on installation, removal and servicing of CCEP equipment for customers, including QA, preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

What will you be doing?
  • Keeping yourself, colleagues, team members, and customers safe while delivering excellent customer service
  • Conducting equipment installations, removals and site surveys
  • Selecting equipment to drive efficiency while meeting customer requirements
  • Consulting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure installations meet customer expectations and timeframes
  • Ensuring CCEP equipment installations comply with CCEP and Australian Standards
  • Managing EQS projects efficiently and on time
  • Providing service at the lowest sustainable cost
  • Adhering to standard processes and using IT tools correctly
  • Contributing to team success
  • Participating in continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Maintaining and developing technical skills
  • Engaging with CCEP's Operational Excellence platforms

  • Proven problem-solving ability and quick decision-making under time constraints
  • Experience managing multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and responsive under pressure
  • Driver's Licence Essential
  • Desirable but not essential: Red Card, Elevated Platform, Confined Space (provided if not held)
  • Ability to work occasional overtime (rarely a Saturday) and some evening call outs
