What You'll Do:
  • Lead and develop Venue Leaders and their teams, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and care.
  • Be present on the floor, involved, and fully engaged in venue operations.
  • Train, coach, and provide meaningful feedback – you set the tone
  • Promote Yo-Chi's high standards across all aspects of venue performance.
  • Drive results in people management, service, labour, engagement, and financial targets.
  • Manage performance proactively and positively, emphasizing follow-up, consistency, and caring leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing to build community connections and enhance local impact.
Your Journey with Us:

Before officially becoming an Area Leader, you will complete a tailored immersion phase as a Venue Leader. This experience builds your credibility, confidence, and understanding of our systems, people, and culture—setting you up for long-term success.

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a multi-site leadership role within QSR or hospitality.
  • A people-first leader with the ability to coach, uplift, and inspire large teams.
  • Strong operational skills – confident with labour management, cost control, opening checklists, and understanding venue rhythms.
  • A leader who sets expectations and celebrates success.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and highly engaged – leading from within.
