Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 yrs. experience in project and/or event management
  • Proven history of work experience
  • Basic Google Sheets, Pages and Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
  • Ability to work progressively in an autonomous environment
Expectations:
  • Participate in scheduled global training streams. Minimum 3 per week
  • Adhere to and implement proven steps to success, training, tracking and compliance
  • Sourcing new clientele through marketing strategies
  • Effectively interview & identify qualified candidates suited to our products & structure
  • Support the build of our business and clientele on a global scale
  • Supporting new team members via online communication methods only, e.g., Zoom / Teams meets & coaching them through the processes & products.
  • Full online and self-paced training for successful candidates.
  • Be teachable and open to continuous personal and career development learning
