About the role

Join the team at TOODYAY Bakery as a full-time Baker in our growing bakery located in the country town of Toodyay, WA, 45 Minutes east of Perth Metro. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality baked goods to delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Mixing, kneading, and shaping dough for breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Operating commercial baking equipment to bake and finish products according to recipes and customers' orders
• Ensuring all baked goods meet company quality and presentation standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborating with the team to enhance our product range and improve processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery setting
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety regulations
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Passion for creating delicious baked goods and providing exceptional customer service
• Sourdough and Artisan experience will be highly regarded
• Willingness to work early mornings and weekends as required
• Willingness to relocate.
