Compliance and Estimation Manager - Fire Detection

We are a growing business seeking an experienced Fire Detection technician with comprehensive knowledge of Australian standards. Reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating closely with our Client Relationships Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the business by managing estimating and compliance operations.

This role is ideal for someone with both site and office experience who wishes to advance their career. You will work on diverse projects with our partners, including key defense projects, high-rise fit-outs, mining, and other developments you help develop. Our clients include Tier 1 electrical contractors, facility managers, and multinational strata and real estate companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with Australian Standards and client specifications
  • Manage daily estimating activities and follow up on leads from our CR Manager
  • Develop new and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Provide technical and compliance advice to team members and clients
  • Collaborate effectively within a close-knit team
