The Role

As the Relationship Manager you will thrive on fostering long-term partnerships and unlocking opportunity with your most valued clients. Your core duties will include;

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key customers
  • Broaden the range of products procured by existing clients
  • Use data-driven insights to steer portfolio performance and identify new product or service initiatives
  • Liaise with clients to enhance delivery and experience across all services
  • Partner with the wider business to ensure excellence in client delivery

About You

  • Previous Relationship Management or Client Service experience
  • Knowledge and experience of the healthcare sector (ideal)
  • Previous external stakeholder management experience
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills
  • Solid customer service experience within a corporate setting
