What You'll Be Doing
Managing your own portfolio of business services clients and acting as a key point of contact
Preparing and reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, BAS, and management reports
Supervising and mentoring junior and intermediate staff, providing both technical guidance and workflow support
Assisting with business advisory, tax planning, and strategic insights for clients
Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and client outcomes
Contributing to a positive, team-first environment and building lasting relationships
What We're Looking For
4+ years' experience in business services within a public practice environment
Proven ability to manage a portfolio and lead juniors
Strong client service focus, with a natural interest in helping businesses grow
Great communicator, team player, and someone who enjoys being part of a vibrant professional culture
Proficient in MYOB, Xero, and common accounting software packages
