The Opportunity

We are proud to be partnering with a highly reputable organisation for the recruitment of an Office Administration Coordinator. You will support the day-to-day operations of this busy and professional office and be the go-to person for the office.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office administration, coordinating key functions, and maintaining a positive and dynamic work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily administrative operations of the office.
  2. Coordinate administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining facilities.
  3. Support accounts payable by processing invoices and payments as needed.
  4. Assist the General Manager with reporting, documentation, and other administrative duties.
  5. Maintain company records, policies, and procedures for compliance and efficiency.
  6. Contribute to a positive team culture by assisting colleagues and promoting internal communication.

Skills & Experience

  1. Previous experience in an Office Administrator or similar role.
  2. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  4. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
  5. Flexibility and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional manner.
