Overview

Our top-tier client is seeking a highly experienced Corporate / M&A Lawyer to step into a pivotal advisory role as a Knowledge Lawyer within their market-leading team. This is far more than a traditional "Knowledge Lawyer" position. Yes, you'll oversee knowledge management, but you'll also be the trusted adviser Partners turn to on live matters, help shape deal strategy, and even be billed out on certain projects — all without the pressure of timekeeping.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee knowledge management within the team and act as a trusted adviser to Partners on live matters.
  • Help shape deal strategy and contribute to transaction execution where appropriate.
  • Serve as a confidential point of contact for Partners on live matters and provide practical guidance on ongoing deals.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' PQE in Corporate Advisory / M&A, ideally from a leading practice
  • Strong commercial judgement and the ability to distil complex issues
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • A track record of thriving in high-pressure, fast-moving deal environments
