Overview

The Supporter Relations Co-ordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that every member and donor receives a professional, timely, and positive experience with the Centre for Independent Studies (CIS). This position provides high-quality administrative and member and donor service support across all aspects of member and donor care, including donation processing, membership administration, database management, correspondence, and fundraising administration.

Working closely with the team and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Supporter Relations Co-ordinator helps strengthen supporter relationships, upholds compliance standards, and supports the effective delivery of campaigns and events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, service-focused environment and is committed to supporting the mission and values of CIS. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative and member/donor service support across all aspects of member and donor care.
  • Process donations and manage membership administration.
  • Maintain and manage the donor database and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Correspond with supporters and assist with fundraising administration.
  • Support campaigns and events in coordination with the team, ensuring timely and professional delivery.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and uphold compliance standards.
  • Experience in administration and not-for-profit sectors is advantageous.
