Overview

West s Illawarra is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Customer Service Manager (Duty Manager) to join our team. We offer industry-leading training and development opportunities and a chance to leverage leadership skills to inspire our team to achieve outstanding performance.

Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of the entire venue when on shift.
  • Managing, motivating and developing our staff.
  • Ensuring service standards are met and delivering an amazing Customer Service Experience.
  • Delivering business-focused outcomes that drive the organisation.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Personal alignment with our values: Community, Integrity, Vibrancy, Innovation, Sustainability.
  • 3+ years' experience in the hospitality industry at any level.
  • Previous supervisory experience highly regarded but not essential.
  • Ability to genuinely connect with people and a passion for leadership development.
  • Understanding of all aspects relating to club operations and compliance.
  • RSA, RCG and ARCG (desirable) certification.
  • Flexibility with work hours, including day, night, weekend and public holidays.
  • Applicants must be permanent residents of Australia or have documentation supporting work eligibility.
