We're looking for enthusiasticSupport Workersto join our close-knit, experienced and vibrant team. We have multiple Part-time positions available. You'll be working with a focus on supportingour Aged Care and NDIS clients to further help them achieve independence and enhance their quality of life, actively ageing at home and in the community.

What we're looking for:

Must be available a minimum 3 full days per week (15 hours)

Minimum Cert 3 in Aged Care or Individual supports.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a part of the team

Ideally previous experience in all areas of aged care and NDIS supports

Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Drivers license

Demonstrated experience prioritising workloads and managing clients with complex needs.

Ability to work as a collaboratively member of a diverse team

Knowledge of confidentiality principles and WHS responsibilities.

A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)

Knowledge of diverse cultures and community needs

Experience in facilitating training and education to clients, support networks, service providers and/or the community.

Demonstrated experience of developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
