Business Overview

ISPT's Finance function is responsible for managing the fiscal health, reporting and analysis of financial business decisions. This dynamic function oversees budgeting, tax, treasury, financial planning, valuations and procurement, ensuring that the organisation's financial resources are efficiently allocated and optimised across its diverse investment portfolio. The team excels in financial analysis, compliance and reporting, enabling ISPT to make informed investment choices and meet regulatory requirements. Expertise includes capital allocation, debt management and financial modelling, and is instrumental to ISPT achieving robust returns and sustainable growth.

The Opportunity

The Senior Analyst (12 Month contract), Fund Operations assists with the processing of all operational and administration tasks for all ISPT Fund and Mandates. This includes the responsibility and oversight for maintaining systems, controls and processes that support unit pricing and registry, Fund administration and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Your role will have you:

• Oversee and support of fund administration and operations for ISPT Funds and Mandates. This includes of all investor transactions (distributions and cashflows), unit pricing, reconciliation of Fund NAV's, unit registry updates, managing and processing secondary market transactions for ISPT Funds.
• Collation and distribution of key Fund and analytics data, the updating and maintenance of Fund and Investor dashboards. The completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting for internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables are met within set SLA's.
• Create and maintain Power BI reports and visualisations to help stakeholders quickly and easily understand complex data.
• Maintain process documentation, effective controls and identify risk and recommend solutions for current and new processes.

About you

You have completed a degree qualification within business, finance, or related.

You have demonstrated experienceunit pricing/fund administration activities from a Fund Manager, Custodian, or Super Fund environment, exposure to accounting data. Having worked in an environment where you work to tight deadlines you bring strong Excel skills, maintaining spreadsheet models and experience using VBA.

You have experience in working with data environments and providing solutions support that focus on data quality and efficiency.

Finally, you have excellent communication skills and are proactive. You think outside the box, and you enjoy bringing solutions to the table.
