SAP SuccessFactors Administrator

Work Type: Permanent | Hybrid (Only 1 day onsite per week)

Are you a systems-savvy HR tech professional with a passion for data integrity and system optimisation? We're working with a leading organisation that is on the lookout for a SAP SuccessFactors Administrator to join their high-performing HRIS team.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Melbourne's south-east, with a standout work-life balance offering only one day onsite per week and genuine flexibility the rest of the time.

About the Role

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting and maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors environment, ensuring system effectiveness, data accuracy, and compliance. You will be the go-to person for system-related queries, while also contributing to the development and maintenance of frameworks that support governance, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors system across relevant modules
• Respond to and resolve system enquiries and user issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain system and data integrity through regular audits, reviews, and process improvements
• Support HR teams with reporting, configuration updates, and user support
• Assist in developing and maintaining a governance framework to ensure effective system usage and data management
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support upgrades, enhancements, and integrations

About You

• Demonstrated experience in systems administration, ideally focused on SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong understanding of data governance, integrity, and HRIS best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Confident in liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative approach and continuous improvement mindset
