The Role: Lawyer – Commercial

The successful applicant will enjoy working in a busy and energised team, providing comprehensive commercial legal advice and services. This role will involve working on a diverse range of commercial matters, including:-

  • Commercial, retail and industrial leasing;
  • Commercial and residential conveyancing;
  • Business acquisitions and sales;
  • Business succession planning; and
  • Franchising.

Who we are seeking:

The desired skills and experience you will bring to the team include:-

  • (Ideally) 3+ years PAE in Commercial and/or Property Law, with experience in a variety of practice areas as noted above;
  • Strong advisory, drafting and negotiation skills;
  • The ability to work independently and manage client expectations effectively;
  • The ability to accurately manage workload in a fast-paced environment;
  • Drive, enthusiasm, ambition and integrity;
  • Highly developed organisational skills; and
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Whilst prior experience is ideal, we will also explore any candidates who possess an eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
