The Role: Lawyer – Commercial The successful applicant will enjoy working in a busy and energised team, providing comprehensive commercial legal advice and services.
This role will involve working on a diverse range of commercial matters, including:-Commercial, retail and industrial leasing; Commercial and residential conveyancing; Business acquisitions and sales; Business succession planning; and Franchising.
Who we are seeking: The desired skills and experience you will bring to the team include:-(Ideally) 3+ years PAE in Commercial and/or Property Law, with experience in a variety of practice areas as noted above; Strong advisory, drafting and negotiation skills; The ability to work independently and manage client expectations effectively; The ability to accurately manage workload in a fast-paced environment; Drive, enthusiasm, ambition and integrity; Highly developed organisational skills; and Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Whilst prior experience is ideal, we will also explore any candidates who possess an eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
