What's our Graduate Program about?We seek curious minds in finance, commerce, accounting, or related fields to join us in February 2026.
Our award-winning two-year graduate program offers the chance to work alongside industry experts on real-world challenges. You'll rotate through different areas of our organization, allowing you to develop your skills, explore various career paths, and take control of your professional journey from day one.
Our finance graduates contribute to capturing and analyzing data crucial for daily reporting and strategic decision-making. Placements are available in financial accounting, finance business partnering, taxation, treasury, and management reporting.
The program supports your pursuit of Chartered Accounting/Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) status and helps you gain comprehensive industry knowledge.
Throughout the program, we'll assist you in identifying your preferred career trajectory. Upon completion, you'll join a permanent team aligned with your skills and interests, matching business needs and opportunities.

Eligibility criteria:- Graduate by the end of 2025 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business, or similar, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Available to start full-time employment in Melbourne from February 2026.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 / WAM of 75 (Distinction) or higher.
- Available for assessment day on Tuesday, 3 June 2025.
