The Regional Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing our two Queensland sites in Acacia Ridge & Rockhampton. As Regional Maintenance Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the performance and development of the Queensland fleet. The position will be based in Acacia Ridge with the expectation to travel between regularly.

Overseeing both fleets and ensuring maintenance is carried out in accordance with the fleet policy.

Managing external suppliers & high-level warranty claims.

Responsible for the financial performance of the Queensland fleet.

Mentoring Workshop Managers & foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading initiatives to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of the fleet.

To be successful you will possess the following skills and experience.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance management.

Heavy Diesel Trade certificate is required.

Previous experience managing budgets & strong analytical skills.

Experience with effective recruitment and management of team members.

Above average computer literacy skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.

Reliable, flexible and team orientated.

Attention to detail & excellent written & interpersonal communication.

Willingness to travel.
