Overview

Assistant Brand Manager role at Aquent in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. This is a full-time, permanent role with salary $90,000 – $100,000 + Super.

This is the perfect opportunity for aspiring ABMs coming from FMCG or Retail who want to take ownership of 2 brands. It's an exciting time to join the team as they're launching 4 new brands this year and plan to expand to DTC.

You'll be part of a well-established family-owned business with market-leading products. You'll work closely with a Senior Marketing Manager who partnered with Aquent to recruit you, supporting the flagship brand and taking ownership of your own smaller brands. This is a full-time, permanent role located in the western suburbs of Melbourne, offering $90-100k + Super.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of 2 brands and support a flagship brand
  • Collaborate on the launch of 4 new brands this year and expansion into DTC
  • Contribute to integrated campaigns across retail, ecommerce and digital channels
  • Work with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
Requirements
  • Brand Marketing experience in Retail, Wholesale or FMCG is essential
  • Comfortable in a hectic family-owned business undergoing modernisation and DTC expansion
  • Experience executing integrated campaigns across retail, ecommerce and digital channels
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience with seasonal marketing cycles and retail partnerships is a plus
