Overview

Showroom Sales Manager - Bathroom Design & Retail Sales
Location: Inverness
Basic Salary: £32,000 + OTE circa £40,000

Responsibilities
  • Driving bathroom showroom sales by building lasting customer relationships and winning new business.
  • Managing the full end-to-end sales process, ensuring customers' needs are at the heart of everything.
  • Growing revenue through cross-selling to trade and retail customers.
  • Making your showroom the go-to destination locally, using creative marketing and promotional ideas.
  • Leading by example to ensure outstanding customer service and repeat business.
About you

We\'re looking for a proactive, resilient and motivated sales professional with the ability to build strong rapport and deliver results. Experience in retail sales, showroom management, or bathroom/kitchen design is desirable, but a positive, driven attitude is more important

  • Proven sales and business development skills.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret sales data.
