We are seeking a collaborative and team-oriented Maintenance Fitter to join our Engineering Team at Pipe Road, Laverton North. In this role, you will perform predictive, preventive, corrective, and proactive maintenance on equipment across our plant.

How You'll Help Us Grow- Ensure work is performed with appropriate permits and safety procedures (PTW, JSEA, Take 5, LOTO, MOC).
- Complete assigned duties to high standards, adhering to safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Work includes machining, piping, equipment installation, pump overhauls, valve overhauls, pump alignment, and PVC piping.
- Take ownership of workload, communicate effectively with supervisors, and complete maintenance efficiently.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, including 5S, toolbox meetings, and investigations.
- Maintain records of spares and repairs using maintenance software.
- Prepare pre-work packs, including scoping, JSEA, and checklists, to ensure efficient task completion.
- Maintain high standards of workshop housekeeping and perform 5S audits.
You are a qualified Mechanical/Maintenance Fitter with experience in the chemical industry or similar (DG Goods/Schedule 14). You are a problem solver, safety-conscious, and committed to continuous improvement.
