Wills & Estates Lawyer 5+ years' PAE

Looking to take the next step in your career? Ready for an immediate start? The ideal candidate will join at Senior Associate or Associate level. You will have carriage of your own files in areas including:
Wills and complex estate and succession planning
Deceased estates
Testator Family Maintenance claims
EPOA's & VCAT guardianship and administration matters
Trusts & Superannuation
Elder abuse
About you
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Wills & Estates practitioner with 5+ years' PAE, although longer experience will be valued. Therole is flexible and can be built around the right applicant's strengths.
We rely on making clients fans by providing exceptional service. You will need to be a great communicator, well organised, able to conduct your own files, anticipate the needs of stakeholders and provide "big picture" strategy and advice while showing attention to detail. The role needs you to work with focus and pace, while at the same time remaining composed and contributing to the friendly environment and team culture.
We are looking for a dynamic team member with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse client base. Experience in Property Law would be an advantage.
