Delivery Lead

As a Delivery Lead, you have a proven track record of successfully delivering digital products end-to-end. This role combines Product Delivery and Scrum Master responsibilities. It suits someone who enjoys building relationships and enhancing team performance daily.

You will oversee one dedicated cross-functional squad with multiple POs, working with IE's largest client. The role involves aligning our client and team, delivering quality work, prioritizing tasks with our PO, and focusing on team health and continuous improvement.

Key skills include collaborating with multiple vendors, managing external and internal dependencies, keeping stakeholders informed, managing risks, and coordinating releases.

A strong understanding of Agile methodologies beyond Scrum, such as Kanban and SAFe, and familiarity with traditional project delivery methods, including PI Planning, is preferred.

Understanding and implementing project governance, digital product roadmaps, and advising POs are essential.

You will lead an agile squad of business analysts, engineers, and testers, delivering digital projects that exceed client expectations.

Familiarity with digital technologies, web and mobile development, UX/UI, and data analytics is advantageous.

You should have excellent leadership, facilitation, interpersonal skills, stakeholder management, and knowledge of Lean principles to improve processes.

Experience working within a multi-agency environment is highly regarded.

You are self-driven, creative, and passionate about solving problems with innovative tech solutions. You have experience working independently as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or similar roles, building high-performing teams.

Location: Melbourne-based, available to work from the office at least 2 days a week.
