Salary: $76,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations at Skyfeast under the direction of the Operations Manager.
  • Maintain delivery of premium service and quality standards in a beverage-led dining environment.
  • Train and guide staff to uphold brand standards and guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service from early starts to late finishes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional grooming and pride in presentation.
Qualifications
  • 1 year's experience in a managerial role
  • Able to work five days per week – Monday to Sunday
  • Must have outgoing personality
  • Experience in training and guiding staff members
  • Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
  • Easy access to public transport for occasional early starts and regular late finishes
