Overview
Help build one of Australia's most exciting health brands for men. We're HIGHR Health — a digital health clinic focused on performance, proactive and longevity medicine. We are building a better way to better health, for men. We combine cutting-edge diagnostics, bespoke longevity protocols, and a brand-first experience to help men be at their best in body, mind and life. Preparing to officially launch in early 2025, we're searching for our first marketing leader: a rare blend of creative director + marketing manager who can turn vision and brand strategy into content, campaigns, and growth. You will be integral in our go to market campaign and the subsequent launch, scale and growth of the business. If you have ambition to be a CMO one day this is a career-making opportunity to build something from the ground up — with ownership, creative freedom, and direct access to the founder.
About the Role
This is not a standard marketing manager role.
What we need
- Get the brand, our vision and know how to amplify it intuitively
- Translate founder's raw ideas into viral content, sharp campaigns, and structured execution
- Autonomous and hands-on — comfortable strategising and doing the doing
- Understand organic social media (especially Instagram) and create share-worthy moments
- Maintain a tight content, campaigns, and partnerships pipeline without the founder bottleneck
Your responsibilities
- Build an iconic health-tech brand that raises the standard of men's health in Australia
- Shape the founder's personal brand and amplify his voice across channels
- Create viral organic social content (reels, carousels, stories, posts) for Instagram
- Coordinate performance marketing and liaise with media buyers and agencies
- Plan, organise, and execute shoots; oversee editing/branding; deliver finished content
- Manage EDMs to stay on brand and produce outcomes
- Analyse metrics and inform broader strategy
- Build and manage influencer partnerships and PR opportunities
- Shape the customer journey to feel premium and aligned
- Understand traditional marketing like PR, activations and local partnerships
Start with

- A contracted content creator for shoots and editing
- A developed brand and marketing strategy from leading agencies/partners
- A marketing budget to make things happen
- An exec team that values marketing as mission-critical
Must-Haves
- Proven track record growing organic social (especially Instagram)
- Ability to work autonomously and move projects forward
- Strong creative instincts with basic design/editing ability (Canva, etc)
- Excellent writing—short-form copy that connects and converts
- Obsessed with marketing, brand, and culture trends
- Ability to spot marketable moments and convert them into content quickly
- Comfort bridging creative direction and execution
- Natural affinity for luxe, aspirational brands and CX
