Overview

Highly regarded Employment team is looking to appoint a Senior Associate or Associate into their expanding practice. This is a newly created role which exists due to continued growth. You will work on high-profile and high stakes matters for a range of significant businesses. Applicants based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane are welcomed.

The Role
  • Contribute to a leading Employment team where your clients will include corporates, government bodies, and multinationals
  • Provide strategic advice on a wide range of Employment Law, IR and WR matters
  • Advise clients on issues, including discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment and whistleblowing
  • Handle litigation matters, including unfair dismissal and contract breach claims
