About The Role

We are proud of the work we produce and the long-standing relationships we build. Due to a recent promotion, we are now recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to lead the engineering team and be part of our ongoing success. This role is responsible for the engineering management of a new civil construction project in WA commencing at the end of 2024.

Other Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
  • Oversee project delivery activities including quality and safety.
  • Manage month-end reporting and cost forecasting.
  • Provide technical support to onsite supervision.
  • Oversee and manage procurement, plant, equipment, and resources.
  • Conduct short and medium-term planning relating to overall progress.
  • Ensure overall quality management including all necessary documentation.
  • Lead and support a small team of developing project and site engineers.
  • Assist and support various commercial activities including scope development, procurement, and ongoing head and subcontract management activities.
About You

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Enjoys managing and mentoring other engineers
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Experience across multiple construction disciplines (earthworks, concrete, piping, electrical, drainage)
  • Experience across multiple management disciplines (technical, project controls, commercials, QAQC, HSE, procurement)
