  • Just one mandatory evening shift (until 8:00pm) per fortnight

Your Day Will Include
  • Leading and motivating a team of CSAs to exceed KPIs
  • Driving face-to-face ticket sales and delivering strong commercial results
  • Creating an outstanding customer experience across all locations
  • Managing rosters, operations and performance reporting
  • Coaching your team to grow, develop and shine
